So I popped my CC Club cherry last night finally. Pretty cool place, really. It has quite the mix of folk. It defintely has more hipsters than I've seen most other places I've frequented, but it also has like ageing yuppies plus random city folk and college kids. Sierra Nevada is Beer of the Month, so you can get pints for $3 til midnite, which is rather awesome. They aren't too ridiculous in general, plus they have pitchers. Always a good thing. Too bad it is across the street from Whittier. The monster pointed out that Fuji-Ya is in Whittier, which I think is very rad. Of course, Little Tijuana is also in Whittier just off eat street on 26th. They are open until 3am, and you can call ahead for carry out. These two combined factors will be the end of me. I stopped in there after the CC Club last night with my entourage and got me some fantastic steak tacos, and that is when I picked up their card with their number on it. Surely a risky move on my part. The place was packed with more people showing up in droves right around 2:00 in the morning. They actually ran out of menus. I took my tacos, and the giant boat of salsa they gave me with the tacos, home to enjoy. Jesse was online and very jealous of my snack. He's already taken quite a few photos of Whittier. The Plan is underway. We need a Flash Taco here badly.

I've been watching a lot of Modern Marvels. I love shows about engineering. I wish they were even more in depth than they are. I used to draw very complex bridges, vehicles, buildings, and so on when I was a kid. If I was a bit more patient, I think I could have made a fine engineer. For now I'll satisfy my hunger with Legos.
