Ryan stopped over this afternoon because he and Mike were going to go get Mike a putter to complete his new set of golf clubs. Ryan and I were talking golf a bit, and he said, "We should go hit some balls sometime." And I was all, "Yeah, let's." And he was all, "Ok, let's go then." And I'm all, "Now?" And he's all, "Yeah, we're going to the driving range now." And, I'm all like, "Now?" And he's all like, "Yeah." And I'm all like, "Well why didn't you say so!" And we went and got Mike a putter for like $10 and then went to the driving range. I hadn't hit a golf club since high school phy ed. It was pretty fun, though. A bit presagious perhaps too, since I had planned on going to the driving range with my dad next time I was home. Anyway, it was just what I needed on an otherwise saturnine Saturday. I guess we're actually going to do a round of golf today. I need argyle socks and plaid pants.

P.P.S. Did you know that the clock face at the Minneapolis City Hall is bigger than Big Ben in London?
