meat market mondays

Sunday. Sunday was mostly spent shopping. Actually, I left Emily and Danni's apartment when I woke up at 9:00 because I had some apartments to see at 11:00. The apartments weren't very nice, but the lady showing me around had a lot to say about drugs and whatnot, being the child of the 60s and 70s that she was. After that I went to returns two things at JCrew, finally got a phone that doesn't run out of battery after one phone call, has a camera, can vibrate in silent mode, etc. Then I made a stop at Ikea since I was already over there and got some of their wooden hangers... can't beat that price.
No... wire... hangers... EVER!
No, seriously. I just bought all those clothes for work, gotta have something to hang them on. Oh, I was hungry... I know I had like two chicken breasts and some corn for lunch, and a pretzel at the mall, but I also decided to get some delicious looking cake while I was at Ikea anyway. They have this big cafeteria, and the cake for the record was awesome.
I don't think I mentioned about seeing the apartments in Loring park with the monster on Friday before the Feist concert did I? They kinda sucked. Small. Dingy. The apartments I saw Sunday were more dark than anything else. Well, the floor plans sucked, too. A bit too maze-like.
Later in the evening Mike and I escaped the heat at home in favour of the A/C at the movies. Fantastic Four wasn't all that fantastic. I started to fall asleep at the end, but to be fair waking up at 9:00 didn't mean I had gotten much sleep. Not to mention my new like 11:00 bedtime leaves me tired after about– well, actually I'm just tired all the time now. heh. Coffee addiction here I come.
I saw some apartments today that were much nicer, bigger, brighter, with modern appliances as well. Colin was around the Union so we had a brief sandwich. He took my phone away and played with it for most the time. Some lady walked by and I followed her eyes as they scanned from my shoes up to my face back down to my shoes. What am I, a piece of meat?

I don't recall that second to last sentence happening. And in fact, it causes me to call into question your entire blog. Perhaps all these women are made up...

sith, you ruined my comment.
It was going to be: YES.
And, yes, all these women are made up. Despite your having met me, you figured him out. I am a figment of Zach's imagination.
